Terms for legaladviz.com memberships and classes.

1. Provider

2. Membership and billing

Billing cycle and any minimum term are shown before payment. Ordering online forms a contract when we accept payment. Membership renews automatically at current price unless cancelled before renewal. Freeze and cancellation requests: contact@legaladviz.com; cancellation stops future charges, with refunds only as law requires. Introductory offers: once per new member, limited to the stated duration, then standard price unless cancelled.

3. Price, refunds and complaints

Prices include applicable taxes and appear before payment. Refunds, cancellation and complaints follow Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII від 12.05.1991 without waiving statutory rights. Complaints: contact@legaladviz.com.

4. Advertising, data and cookies

Marketing is identifiable and describes yoga and pilates factually, without unsubstantiated health or medical claims, under Закон України «Про рекламу» № 270/96-ВР від 03.07.1996. Names, phones and emails are processed with your consent under our Privacy Policy and Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 3999-IX від 06.06.2024; non-essential cookies need prior informed consent.

5. Language and studio rules

Ukrainian-language terms and disclosures are available at contact@legaladviz.com under Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» № 2704-VIII від 25.04.2019. Arrive on time, follow safety guidance and respect others; serious breaches may lead to suspension.
